The National Lotto Marketing Companies Association (NALMCA) has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President-elect of the Republic of Ghana, on his resounding victory in the 2024 general elections.
In a letter addressed to the President-elect and channelled through Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), NALMCA emphasized its commitment to supporting his administration to drive national progress.
The letter, signed by the National Chairman of the Lotto Marketing Companies (LMCs), Mr. Francis Opoku, highlighted the significant contributions of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) to Ghana’s development. It acknowledged the Authority’s role in generating government revenue, supporting community development, creating jobs, and improving livelihoods.
“As you prepare to assume office on January 7, 2025, we wish to take this opportunity to express our best wishes and to welcome you into your new role as the President of the Republic of Ghana,” the statement read.
NALMCA pledged its continued support for the new administration and expressed optimism about collaborating to enhance the impact of the lottery sector on national growth and prosperity.
The association further commended the President-elect’s vision for Ghana and reaffirmed its dedication to contributing to the country’s progress under his leadership.
The letter concluded with a renewed commitment to working closely with the incoming administration to ensure the success of its programs and policies for the benefit of all Ghanaians.
