In the forthcoming elections, a voter in the Afigya Kwabre South Constituency has declared his intention to back the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Speaking to the DCE for Afigya Kwabre South, Hon. Christian Adu-Poku popularly known as Hon. APC, the electorate shared that his initial choice, Maame Akua Donkor, passed away, leading him to switch allegiance.
He expressed personal admiration for Maame Akua Donkor, not her party, GFP.
Engaged further, the electorate promised Hon. APC and his campaign team that he would vote for NPP in the absence of Maame Akua Donkor. He has since been “baptized” as a member of the NPP.
The incident took place in the Kyekyere Kyerase electoral area in the Afigya Kwabre South Constituency of Ashanti during a door-to-door campaign organized by Hon. Christian Adu-Poku.
