Ghana’s First Muslim President: NPP General Secretary Predicts Historic 2024 Election Victory

The General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua has alluded to the historic nature of the 2024 elections.

He pointed out that this is the first time the NPP has put forward a candidate who is a Northerner and also a Muslim.

Mr. Frimpong Kodua claims that the NPP has done something unprecedented in Ghanaian politics this year by choosing Dr. Bawumia to lead the party to victory.

For that matter, he predicts that Ghana’s first Muslim president since independence will be Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

The NPP General Secretary made these remarks when he visited the Kintampo North and Kintampo South Constituencies in the Bono East Region as part of his campaign tour.

Given that Dr. Bawumia has assisted his President Nana Akuffo-Addo in making significant progress in the area of digitization, Hon. Justin Frimpong Koduah begged Nananom and the good people of Bono East Region to back the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in order to retain the seat of presidency.

He added that his Party can only continue its good policies and interventions should Ghanaians vote for their Parliamentary Candidates to win more Seats to give them a comfortable Majority on the floor of Parliament.
